2. Purpose of the website
This website provides information about the products and services offered by Aline, including Clarity Decks, Clarity Sessions and related guidance work, as well as access to contact forms, booking tools, and informational content. These Terms & Conditions also govern the purchase and use of digital products offered through AlineBe / Aline Berder, including the Clarity Cards digital deck. By purchasing the Digital Clarity Cards, you agree to these Terms.

3. Products & Services

Any physical or digital products sold on this platform are subject to the following terms. The Digital Clarity Cards are a digital self-reflection and personal-development product consisting of 44 interactive cards organised into four themes: See, Trust, Choose and Move. The product is provided for personal reflection and self-guidance. It is not medical, psychological, therapeutic, financial, legal or other professional advice.

The services offered are conversational and reflective in nature. They are designed to support clarity, self-awareness, and personal or professional orientation. They do not constitute medical advice, psychotherapy, legal advice, or financial advice.

Clients remain fully responsible for their own decisions, actions, and outcomes following a session.

4. Purchase, Booking & payment
Clarity Sessions are booked by appointment. Payment is required in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Invoices are issued in accordance with French regulations.

The product price displayed at checkout is the price applicable to the purchase.

Payment is processed through the payment provider made available through the website.

The purchase is a one-time payment. There is no recurring subscription unless expressly stated otherwise at the time of purchase.

5. Digital Access

After successful payment, customers receive access instructions by email.

The digital deck is designed for personal use and may be accessed online through the link provided.

Customers are responsible for maintaining access to the email address used for their purchase.​

6. Personal use only

The products including the Clarity Cards and all associated text, graphics, design, software, content and materials are provided for the purchaser's personal, non-commercial use.

You may not:

• reproduce the deck in whole or in part;

• redistribute or publicly share the deck;

• resell or sublicense access;

• copy the card content to create another product;

• reproduce the cards for commercial purposes;

• remove copyright or ownership notices;

• make the complete deck available to third parties.

7. Intellectual property & Personal use
All content on this website (The AlineBe name, logo, texts, visuals, structure, branding) is the exclusive property of Aline Berder unless otherwise stated. Any reproduction, modification, or use without prior written permission is prohibited. All intellectual property rights in the Clarity Cards or other products, including the Clarity Cards name, written content, card structure, design, visual identity, graphics and associated materials and digital products are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws and remain the property of Aline Berder unless otherwise stated. Purchasing the deck/products grants you a limited, personal right to use the product. It does not transfer ownership or intellectual property rights. ​

Your purchase gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Digital Clarity Cards for your own personal purposes.

It does not give you permission to reproduce, publish, distribute, resell, teach from, adapt or commercially exploit the cards or their content.

Personal Use Licence

Your purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Clarity Cards for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, share, resell, sublicense, redistribute or otherwise make the Clarity Cards, their content or access credentials available to third parties, whether free of charge or for payment. You may not incorporate the Clarity Cards or their content into another product, service, course, membership, workshop or commercial offering, or represent any part of the Clarity Cards as your own.

All intellectual property rights in the Clarity Cards, including their written content, structure, design and branding, remain with AlineBe unless expressly stated otherwise.

8. Availability

Every reasonable effort is made to keep the digital products available and functioning correctly.

Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical issues, hosting providers or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

9. Liability & Limitation of Responsibility
While every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of the information provided, the website owner cannot be held responsible for errors, omissions, or temporary unavailability of the site. The use of the services and products is done under the sole responsibility of the user.

The products including the Clarity Cards are intended as a reflective tool. They do not guarantee any particular personal, professional, financial, emotional or other outcome. You remain responsible for your own decisions and actions. Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

10. Cancellation & rescheduling

Sessions may be rescheduled or cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, or missed appointments, are non-refundable unless exceptional circumstances apply.
 

11. Refunds, Withdrawal Policy & Consumer rights

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you under applicable law.

For consumers in jurisdictions where a statutory right of withdrawal applies to digital content, the relevant rules will apply.

For EU consumers, immediate access to digital content may result in loss of the 14-day withdrawal right once performance begins, where the consumer has provided the required prior express consent and acknowledgement. At checkout, customers are therefore asked to provide the required express consent before immediate access is provided. Because the Clarity Cards are digital content supplied online, access is provided immediately following successful payment. Where applicable law provides a statutory right of withdrawal, that right applies unless a valid legal exception applies.

12. Technical problems

If you experience a technical problem and cannot access the product, please contact: info@alinebe.com

We'll do our best to resolve the problem promptly. If the digital product does not comply with applicable consumer guarantees or other mandatory consumer protections, you retain the rights and remedies provided by applicable law. Australian consumers retain their statutory consumer guarantees, and businesses cannot contract out of those rights.

13. Changes

We may make reasonable changes to the product, design or technical implementation over time, provided that such changes do not materially remove the product purchased.

14. Promotional Launch Offer

The Clarity Cards digital deck is offered at a promotional launch price of €11 (including applicable taxes, where applicable) until 30 October 2026 at 23:59 CET, unless the offer is withdrawn earlier where legally permitted. After the promotional period, the standard price of the digital deck will be €15. The promotional price applies to purchases completed during the promotional period only. Orders placed before or after this period are subject to the applicable price displayed on the website at the time of purchase. The promotional offer cannot be exchanged for cash, applied retrospectively to previous purchases, or combined with any other promotional offer, unless expressly stated otherwise. All other terms applicable to the purchase of the Clarity Cards digital deck, including statutory consumer rights, remain unchanged.

15. Applicable law & disputes
These Terms & Conditions are governed by French law.

In the event of a dispute, the parties will seek an amicable solution first.

If no agreement is reached, the dispute will fall under the jurisdiction of the competent French courts.
