About the Day
What if you gave yourself one day... just for you?
A day without rushing, without responsibilities, without having to take care of everyone else. A day to breathe, to reconnect with your body, to reconnect with nature, to reconnect with your Self.
Many women spend their days supporting others, holding everything together, carrying responsibilities, expectations and emotional loads.
This day is an invitation to put all of that down, even if only for a few hours. To step away from the noise. To slow down. To listen. To move. To laugh. To simply be.
Together, in a beautiful natural setting surrounded by women walking their own path., we will spend a nourishing day of nature, movement, connection and self-discovery inspired by the Elements of the Auvergne region.
Auvergne is a land shaped by two powerful forces: Water & Fire. Ancient volcanoes and healing waters have coexisted here for thousands of years.
Throughout the day, we will gently explore these elements as symbols of the energies we carry within ourselves. Through reflection, movement, nature and ritual, we will explore how to create greater balance in our lives.

Meet Your Hosts
Aline
Founder of Wake Up To Life, Aline is passionate about personal growth, emotional healing, self-awareness and helping people reconnect with their authentic selves. Her work creates spaces for reflection, transformation and meaningful connection.
Maeva
Dance teacher and movement enthusiast, Maeva is passionate about helping women reconnect with their bodies, their confidence and their natural expression through movement. Her approach is joyful, intuitive and deeply embodied.

The Venue
Nestled in the peaceful countryside of Arronnes, Bao Pu Ling offers a beautiful natural environment designed for slowing down, reconnecting and simply being. Surrounded by nature, this unique space provides the perfect setting for a day of nourishment, reflection and connection.
In Chinese, Bao Pu Ling means the hill that embraces simplicity.
