Cancellation Policy
1. About the service The Clarity Note is a focused reflection service designed to offer a fresh perspective on one specific question or situation. It includes up to 30 minutes of dedicated reflection time and a personalised voice note from AlineBe. It is not a live session or a written report. 2. How it works After booking and payment, you will be invited to share your question or situation by message or voice note. Please focus on one main question or situation so that I can give it the attention it deserves. Your personalised voice note will be delivered within 48 hours of receiving your information. 3. Payment Full payment of €90 is required at the time of booking. 4. Cancellations and refunds As this is a personalised service, work begins once your information has been received and the reflection process has started. If you need to cancel before work has begun, please contact me as soon as possible. Refund requests will be considered in accordance with applicable consumer law. Once the personalised reflection has been completed and delivered, refunds are not available except where required by law. 5.
